Highlight your business at our Rodeo event, May 15th – May 17th, 2025. Showcase your products to thousands of spectators and visitors.
If you are interested in joining us, please fill out the registration form. All spots are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our team will be in contact once the information is reviewed to ensure there are no duplicates of business offerings. Options for payment will be sent to you via email once our staff has confirmed your business is ready for reservation. Spots are limited. Be sure to register your booth today. Vendor Booth Overview
Booth pricing and selection:
10×20 booth space: $375
10×10 booth space: $275
Additional information:
– Each space gets access to one electrical plug.
– WiFi available, but service can be spotty
– Gates open at 5 PM each night (Thurs, Fri, and Sat)
– Setup begins on Thursday, May 15th, starting at 3 PM. No vehicles allowed in after 4 PM. If a vendor should need longer for setup, special arrangements need to be made.
Steps to Reserve a Rodeo Vendor Booth:
1) Apply: Fill out Vendor Registration Form
2) Approval Process: A team member will be in touch to ensure your information is received and accepted (no other prior competing businesses – first come, first serve basis for reservations)
3) Payment: Payment details will be sent to you, once your business has been approved to be a rodeo vendor.
4) Next Steps: Following receipt of payment, additional information provided for setup, teardown, and overall event details will be provided.
